A security deposit fee of £150 is processed 48 hours before your arrival via a link sent to you at the time of booking. Our cleaning team inspects your stay and returns the fee after they confirm there was no breach of our T&Cs.

Before you arrive, you will have received check-in instructions via email. This email will provide a code for the lock box and all instructions relating to the property. However, we are reachable via phone, WhatsApp, or SMS if you have any questions.
