I have been hosting serviced accommodation since 2019 and from day one my focus has been very simple, make guests feel at home.
Travel Lettings started because I saw too many short term rentals run like a side hustle: missed or messages that are not returned, confusing check in’s and properties that looked good online but disappointed in real life. That’s not how I do things.
Every property is set up, checked and maintained with care. Providing clean, comfortable, well situated and just as described.
Maybe you are a contractor with a long-term project, travelling for work, relocating or dealing an unexpected home emergency and you just need a place that works for you.
I am a hands-on person, a details person and I’m difficult to impress when it comes to myself. If something isn’t right, it gets fixed. If a guest needs help, they get an answer not than an excuse.
That’s how Travel Lettings has grown, doing so quietly, consistently and built on returning guests and referrals.
Fact: I do personally check every property as if I’m staying there. If I wouldn’t be happy, it’s not going live.

James looks after the day-to-day maintenance across our properties, making sure everything works exactly as it should before, during and after each stay.
From the small things guests notice straight away to the behind-the-scenes checks that most people never see, he keeps each property in top shape. Heating, electrics, furniture, appliances-the lot get checked. If something needs attention, it’s handled quickly and properly.
He’s also a friendly face that will sort out an issue without it becoming a drama. Most guests never need him, but it’s reassuring to know he’s there if they do.
Fact: James fixes most issues before guests even realize there was one.
